Our Martial Arts Fitness classes


A gloves and pads based group workout guaranteed to raise the heart rate and speed up your metabolism. Box FIIT is designed with boxing combinations, creating speed, agility and coordination in a fun filled environment. Over the 45 minute class our instructor will encourage you to workout with no inhibitions - let go and give those pads hell! IMPORTANT: We have limited numbers of gloves for members to try out and recommend that you please bring your own.

Champion Fight

A boxing and martial arts class that takes grit and determination but provides a great full body workout, muscle conditioning and instant calorie shredding. You will experience six exhilarating rounds of Boxing, Jiu jitsu, Capoeira, Muay Thai and MMA designed for all abilities to boost muscular strength, core endurance, agility and cardio fitness.


The perfect class for de-stressing and getting fit. BODYCOMBAT™ is a martial-arts inspired group exercise class that burns calories, improves form and muscle tone through the power of punch, kick, strike and block. Our dynamic, no-contact group exercise class will keep your mind engaged so you can work your body to its limit.


A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to everyone from true beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Our LES MILLS™ instructors will lead you through the workout to a soundtrack of pumping tunes – challenging your limits and burning up to 730 calories in the process.
