Our Box Fiit sessions are a gloves and pads based group workout which is guaranteed to raise the heart rate and speed up your metabolism. Box FIIT is designed with boxing combinations, to create speed, agility and coordination in a fun filled environment. Over the 45-minute class our skilled instructor will encourage you to workout with no inhibitions – so let go and give those pads hell!
