We have a series of weight based classes from Body Pump, HIIT Strength and X-Fit. It’s important to maintain your motivation levels throughout the class. That’s where our immersive studios can lend a hand with the specifically developed scents, lighting and floor to ceiling visuals, all designed to stimulate the senses to improve endurance and enhance your performance.

Benefits of Weight Training

The Benefits of Weight Training are multifaceted.  There is a different body shape which can be achieved by using weights from an aesthetical point of view.  However, in addition to this and possibly a more important fact is that the lean muscle mass that we all work so hard for decreases with age. If we don’t add strength training to our routine then it will turn into fat. It Increases the strength of connective tissue, muscles, and tendons. This leads to improved motor performance and decreased injury risk.
