Declaration

You warrant, declare and acknowledge that:

• The information given by you in entering this agreement is correct and will be relied upon by us.
• To the best of your knowledge and belief you are in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort, well being or physical condition. Further, that you will advise us immediately should your circumstances change.
• You have read this agreement, including the Terms and Conditions and Membership Health Agreement before accepting them below.
• This agreement will become binding upon both parties once you have ticked in the “I agree” box below and the “Next step” button has been clicked.
• You are committing to a single £0.00 Joining Fee and £49.00 per month by Direct Debit for a minimum of 1 months membership. After this minimum term your membership payments will continue on a monthly basis.
• Please ensure you have sufficient funds available in your bank account, as your bank may charge you a fee for a failed Direct Debit payment
• You request that we begin the service immediately after you have signed up
